Osama Fawzy Georgy HENEIN is our Project Manager in Egypt
Mr. Henein born in Cairo, Egypt in 1967 graduated from the American University in Cairo with Computer Science major in 1988 and holds a Mini MBA in Marketing March 2009.
In his professional career path, he worked for over three years in the automotive industry in Egypt and has been assigned for four years in Saudi Arabia as a marketing specialist in a Saudi American corporation. Mr. Henein landed back to Egypt where he was appointed by the first private sector company to trade and import US wheat and to produce wheat flour as a commodity trader after getting extensive programs in trading options, futures and physical trade at Kansas and Chicago boards of trade by ADM.
He then continued his career as a business development manager in the cement industry in Egypt for more than 12 years. His strong sense of business acumen and industry expertise has contributed to the cement market with wide knowledge that has made him one of the prominent figures in the field of cogeneration, energy efficiency and renewable energy. Besides his extensive experience in the cement sector, he gained thorough knowledge in minerals and fertilizer business.
Furthermore, Mr. Henein has been the keynote speaker, conference chair for the Euro-Mediterranean partnership in Marseille – France for the cement industry in the MENA region for three consecutive years; He has visited over 78 countries from six continents and attended international conferences in the cement industry, minerals, fertilizers, renewable energy and green hydrogen.
Mr. Henein also represented Egypt in several economic missions and was a delegate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Egyptian Economic mission to East Europe countries; moreover, he was a member of the Mission 100 to UK.
He has been invited live on CNBC Arabia channel to comment on the cement market in Egypt.
He is a council member for Gerson Lehrman Group UK and an adviser to Coleman Research Group NY also a sustainable development, renewable energy, green hydrogen, green cement, minerals and green fertilizers consultant for Vista Research Inc. NY – a Guidepoint Global Business Partners LLC, an associate executive for Alliance Experts – Netherlands.
Prior to his consultancy for cement, fertilizers, renewable energy and resource efficiency he has represented InnoWind – France in acquiring businesses in the green and renewable energy sector specifically wind projects in Egypt.
Mr. Henein is the founder and admin of an intelligence platform on LinkedIn called Hydrogen Intelligence – H2lligence that gathers 11250 experts and professionals around the globe that are interested in the Hydrogen technology and Renewable Energy in the EMEA region.
He promotes investment and business development in Egypt by using a broad communication channels with government authorities, NGOs and private corporations.
He has 30+ years of professional experience with international organizations with solid networking skills, multilingual exposure & capabilities contributed to sustainable welfare for society and businesses.
