Steve is focused on finding public companies in Europe that would like to be listed on NASDAQ in the US. US & Asian companies consult him about expansion capital and financing by going public on various European stock exchanges.

Mr. Csikos has over 10 years experience working in strategic roles with several leading Manhattan-based investment banking and underwriting firms in New York City, supplying capital market services for rapidly growing Asian and European SME companies in the United States.

He has been responsible for corporate strategy, new business development, and market entry as well as investor relations. He has extensive professional experience in equity financing via going public and reverse takeover structures, pre-IPO investment scenarios in terms of premier North American stock exchanges and US-based investors in the regulatory and institutional context of the US capital markets. Besides providing access to liquidity and capital raising solutions, Mr. Csikos is also regularly being consulted by both public and private corporations globally with regards to commercial business development and consumer market strategies.
